Purpose of Frame Contract between SERI (State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation) and REG 

1. to acknowledge and promote of qualifications procedures for professionals in engineering, architecture and environment, to encourage their professional advance and lessen the effects of shortage in qualified professionals;
2. to define conditions of cooperation to support free circulation of professionals within Switzerland and abroad;
3. regular exchange of information and ideas between the parties in order to ensure coordination and mutual updating of relevant data on professional qualifications.
